MEET THE EXPERT
Jessica Hall, RN
Ten years in medicine. Eight of them as a travel nurse, bouncing between more than 20 hospitals in different states. Ask her about it and she'll talk more about the people than the job itself, the sheer range of them, how differently everyone showed up depending on where she was working that particular month.
Neurotoxin work specifically, she's been doing for six years. Trained under a handful of well-regarded injectors when she was starting out. Somewhere along the way, PDO threads and dermal fillers got added to what she offers, plus a heavy lean toward Korean skincare methods, which she'll tell you flat out is where a lot of the smarter ideas in this field are coming from lately.
Owning her own med spa gave her something she didn't have before, actual say over how long an appointment runs. Nobody's rushing her toward the next booking. A client with a fourth question after everything's already been explained gets an answer, not a glance at the clock.
Not sure about something? Fine by her. She'd rather you go home, sit with it, come back whenever you're actually ready, than talk you into a decision you're not settled on yet.
She keeps going to conferences. Keeps training under other people, years into doing this herself. Ask why and she'll say something like, you stop learning, the work gets worse, and that's not a trade she wants to make.
As the founder of her own med spa, Jessica prioritizes quality, comfort, and individualized care. Appointments are never rushed and are thoughtfully tailored to each client’s specific needs. She intentionally allows extra time to accommodate the realities of busy schedules, ensuring clients feel relaxed, fully assessed, and confident that all questions have been answered.
Jessica believes in a pressure-free experience. There are no pushy sales tactics—if you’re unsure about a treatment, she encourages you to take time to think it over. She only proceeds when she is confident the plan aligns completely with your goals and comfort level.
Committed to excellence, Jessica regularly attends national aesthetic conferences and travels across the country to train with leading experts. By continually refining her knowledge and techniques, she remains dedicated to delivering safe, personalized treatments designed to help you achieve your non-surgical aesthetic goals. She is ready to be there for you whenever you need her.
Justin Rome, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Rome finished his facial plastic surgery fellowship at the Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando back in 2014, and not long after that he opened his own private practice in Beverly Hills. That's where a lot of his reputation got built, blepharoplasties, facelifts, advanced liposuction work using BodyJet and MicroAire, the kind of surgical work that takes years to get genuinely good at.
He didn't stop at surgery, though. Injectables became part of his practice early on, toxins and fillers alongside everything else, and he was one of the first in LA to bring Robotic Hair Restoration into his offering, which wasn't exactly common at the time. That's not a small thing in a market like LA, where standing out actually means something.
Eventually all of it led to Barber Surgeons Guild, his own concept, pairing old-school barbershop service with real medical aesthetics under one roof. It caught on. Enough that he took it to New York in 2019.
Then COVID hit, and like a lot of people in medicine, he had to pivot. Rather than wait it out, he built a telehealth platform from the ground up, a direct-to-consumer subscription service that lets patients order compounded medications with a doctor reviewing and approving requests on the backend, asynchronously. It's set to roll out across 37 states. Under his leadership, Barber Surgeons Guild has grown to around 20,000 patients and 800 active subscribers on the compounding side alone.
